Agressor is one of the most influential bands in the Costa Rican metal scene of the last three decades. Lead vocalist Nelson Agressor and bassist Matt remain as the core components of the groove metal powerhouse since the band’s inception in 1995. The band released the full-length album Not Ready To Die in 2013 to international acclaim. The singles “Can’t Stop,” “Low,” and “Corrosion” – along with their respective music videos – received significant rotation on Telehit and VM Latino among others. Agressor is currently back in the studio recording new material for release in 2023 along with upcoming live shows both domestically in Costa Rica and internationally during 2024.
